Hurricanes, Tornados and Ice Storms!

I am part of the National Disaster Relief Team, which has been responsible for my travel to many states that suffered the damaging effects of tornados, hurricanes, and other natural disasters.

My contribution is in cleaning up the debris in the aftermath of these events.

I've helped communities recover from disaster in Louisiana for Hurricane's Rita and Katrina, in Pensacola, Florida for Hurricane Ivan and in Oklahoma following their terrible ice storms.

This picture demonstrates the power of Hurricane Rita at Fort Walton Beach, Florida. There were more trees on the ground then left standing! I also took my equipment to East Texas to clean up after this storm.

This is very satifying work, as the residents are always excited to see me coming. It means their power can be restored, their roadways cleared and they can get back to their everyday lives.
